Soldering DPDT Swicthes.
1.
Put the toggle switch in place.
2.
Solder the 'middle leg' while pressing the switch against the circuit board.
3.
Put the front panel in place. Secure the switch by putting theyr washer and nuts.
4.
Verify that the 'Control Board' circuit board is parallel to the front panel.
5.
Solder the other legs.
Soldering Rotary Switches.
1.
Remove the anti-rotation rod :

Put the rotary switch in place.
3.
Solder one of the 'ouside leg' while pressing the switch against the circuit board.
4.
Solder the oppposite leg.
5.
While pressing the switch against the circuit board, use your soldering iron to heat the leg you soldered in step 2. (If the switch was not perfectly in place , you might hear a 'tack').
6.
Do the same for the opposite leg you just soldered in step 3.
7.
The switch is now perfectly plated against the circuit board. Solder the other legs.
Soldering potentiometers.

Remove the anti-rotation rod :

Remove any nuts or washers.
3.
Put potentiometers in place, add the plastic washer :

Put the front panel in place. This might be a bit tricky : Use a plastic tool to reach and align potentiometeres that are not aligned.
Make sure that the panel is well plated against the rotary and toggle switches.
5.
Secure the potentiometer by putting theyr washer and nuts.
6.
Verify that the 'Control Board' circuit board is parallel to the front panel.
7.
Solder the potentiometers.
Soldering SPDT Swicthes.
1.
Put the toggle switch in place.
2.
Solder the 'middle leg' while pressing the switch against the circuit board.
3.
Add the dented washer :

Put the front panel in place. Secure the switch by putting theyr washer and nuts.
5.
Verify that the 'Control Board' circuit board is parallel to the front panel.
6.
Solder the other legs.
Use the pagination buttons. You can also use the SPACE BAR key - Leave it pressed to quickly scroll thru steps.

Click or Tap any region within the circuit board to zoom in.
Click or Tap any region within the circuit board to zoom out. You can also use the ESC key.
Use the P key to iterate thru components while in zoom mode.
